sonfeldt strive to deliver all over the world to inspire and motivate you to your golfing!

Therefore we offer WORLD WIDE SHIPPING (YAAAY) at an affordable price :)

Your order will be delivered to the address entered when placing your order on the site. Make sure you enter the correct adress. if you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us.

The delivery will normally reach you in:

  • 1-4 working days within Sweden
  • 2-14 working days to Europe,
  • 5-15 working days to the rest of the world.

Orders placed before 14.00 (2 p.m.) CET (Monday-Friday) typically ship the same day. Orders placed after 11:45 a.m., or on a weekend or holiday will ship the following business day.

We send with Postnord.

Domestic shipping

The shipping cost is 30 SEK within Sweden.

International shipping

Shipping cost to the rest of the world: 70 SEK / 7 EUR / 7 USD

 

Please note that local taxes and other charges may occur when shipping outside Sweden.

During “free shipping campaigns” other terms and amount may appear.

RETURNS

CANCELLATION, EXCHANGE AND RETURNS

  • We have a 30 day return policy (except during XMAS period, see below). Items with reduced price/campaign items must be returned within 30 days! 
    Explanations of our return policy (cancellation, exchange and return) can be found below.
  • All placed orders during 15 November to 23 December 2018 will have a extended return policy. These orders can be returned or exchanged until January 4´th at the latest.

If you need any help or instructions with your order, feel free to contact our customer service. We will reply to your request within 48 hours on Mon-Fri.

 Return policy

- You can return the products within 30 days of delivery, except during our extended return period around Christmas. Please use the return form you got in your package and follow the instructions.

- The product must be in it´s new condition with all tags attached, unworn.

- The shipping cost to return a product is made at your own cost.

- Fill out the return paper that came with your order.

- If a package is unclaimed you might have to pay a handling fee.

- If the returned product/products are dirty (make-up etc) or damaged we might not refund you the whole purchase amount.

- The adress to our warehouse are stated on the return form that you got in your package.

Cancel policy

According to the Distance Selling Regulation you always have the right to cancel your purchase within 30 days from the day you receive the goods. If you want to cancel your order please send us an email before sending back your order.

Once you have notified us of the cancellation, the sum of your order will be refunded to you as soon as possible, at the latest within 30 days of your cancellation.

The return is made at your own cost once you have made the cancellation of the contract.

If you received the goods you are responsible to take reasonable care of them and you must send the goods back to us in their original condition within 14 days from the collection of the goods.

We reserve the right to make a charge of not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods.

Exchange policy

You have the right to exchange your goods within 30 days from the day you receive the goods.

The return of the item is made at your own cost.

COMPLAINTS

If you want to make a complaint contact us info@sonfeldt.com as soon as the damages is noticed, but not later than 7 days after delivery or as fast as you noticed the damage.

When a complaint is made an investigation of the goods will be started. Before the item will be returned back you need to show proof of the defect, preferably by sending us pictures of the damage. You will send the pictures to info@sonfeldt.com.

If the complaint is accepted we will pay the return cost and refund your money.
